Just did this workout today! Could only do 2x of the first set and then had to stop right before the medium pace 50 fly cuz I was exhausted and starting to feel some strain on my elbows. I know now that my core needs a lot more work for the kick and that it's the main component holding me back. Gonna try and buy a camera to take videos of myself swimming so I can see what else I need to improve.
Excited to be doing structured workouts again though and I look forward to completing this one soon: )

Remember when the site posted how to make butterfly look easy? It will always be that stroke that I struggle with to this day.
