The training is really good but only training as it is known does not lead to results in a decrease in fat mass! Must be in calorie deficit and combine strength and aerobic training otherwise no results will appear just overweight because what goes down first is fluids so the fat percentages still remain the same!

Gotta be on a diet eatting the right foods and not too calories to get abs like that cause eatting whatever you want and exercising wont cut it
