Jump Rope Workout for Intermediates - Best for fat loss! Zuzka Light TheMerryPup: I tried this workout as an addition to my training yesterday. I've been skipping rope for a few months now. I added it in as a 'practice' at the end of my training but haven't felt confident enough to add it in as a conditioning element until now. The workout took me about 12min35sec and that was mostly because of missing and restarting. I'll continue to 'practice' jump roping and add in workouts as I get more confident in my ability. Excellent routine. More please!

why am I having more trouble sitting down than rope jumping lol like I have to lift my heels to go as low as her. if I put my heels down I fall on my butt

should i take breaks in between or is this a continuous workout
does 10 min skipping mean continuous skipping or all together including rest

Dont try this new move wearing only a top, wear a t-shirt, preferably a thick one. Protect your back. Trust me, it hurts
