I know (from personal trainers &co) that it's not possible to lift breast through physical exercises. what do u think? How this workout should work? -
Edit: I read the description box, so it's more clear now, thank you. But still they say that exercising those muscles has any (if not worse) effect on the breast.

This is beyond my current fitness level. I would love to see a standing workout that would strengthen muscles that support the bust. I have a large chest and would love more strength and support for that. Thanks, Jo!

I'm thinking this workout was strictly arms don day three but we got abs, core, and cardio along with the arms. Great workout Jo! I am dripping in sweat.

Day 3 completed! -. To track my progress I use my fitbit. I burned +135 calories, 66% fat burn and +1049 steps. Let's keep fighting together.

Oh my arms. I had thick pants on and thought, no I'm not going to put on shorts, I'll probably not sweat-. Boy was I wrong! Ha
