SUBSCRIBE for best results . and lets be Insta friends - Make sure to warm up before starting this workout! Your warm up will increase the effectiveness of your workout and will help prevent you from getting injured! Torch in 10 Warm Up: Today I used 8lb weights to increase the intensity of this workout, but you are more than welcome to use smaller weights or no weights at all. Weights are recommended but not required! Make sure to hydrate as much as you can once you complete this workout and if you're feeling sore, give one (or a couple) of these a try: 1. Drink lots of water - this gives your body what it needs to recovery properly from intense exercise 2. Contrast Showers- try alternating the temperature of your shower for 20 seconds hot, 20 seconds cold and concentrate the shower head on the part of your body that is the most sore. This helps increase blood flow to the muscle that needs it the most. Blood flow = recovery 3. Eat more protein and carbs - these will help you build your muscle back up to be stronger so that you have that nice lean-toned look! 4. Stretch - stretching can also help increase blood flow to your muscle! You can find my FULL BODY STRETCHING ROUTINE HERE: 5. Try a BCAA supplement - this supplement has amino acids that help your body build the muscle back up and recover faster from physical activity! 6. REST- taking a nap, or relaxing a bit can make a huge difference in decreasing your recovery time! Rest a little more babe, you need it to get better and better! Did this twice in a row and half way thru round 2 i had to drop the weights! Jo, you are AMAZING! I am getting excited to workout every single morning, my scale is very very slowly moving down BUT the inches are falling off! I feel so so good every day, I am happier and more energetic! My clothes fit better and my usually snarky teenage daughter said -dang you lost weight! - Thank you! Im hoping by summer im comfortable enough to wear shorts and not die in jeans!

My current weight this morning 207.

I absolutely love this workout. I have been tacking it on to the end of your other walking/tabata workouts for extra sculpting on my booty and its my favourite butt workout i've ever done! These moves make it so easy to really squeeze and isolate your glutes and my glutes have been sore for the past few days in the best possible way! Its now my 4th day in a row completing it and its already getting easier! I'll have to start adding resistance soon! Thank you Jo!

Loved this quick video to get the burn - on! Thank you! I have done your videos 6 days a week since January 2022, happy to report this month I am down 4. 25inches all over my body and 3. 6lbs! Finally kicking down that plateau I-ve been stuck at for years! Thank you Jo for helping me reach goals I had almost given up on!

Just did this one after the 10m kettle bell one, and it killed me (for the best haha. This was a bit challenging but super great for 10m. After a long work day, those quick workouts are amazing. Same thing if you want to do it at lunch break. I love that. Thanks Jo

i did both 5 mile n touch in 10 exercises. both burn around the calories.
yet the Touch in 10 I feel is more intense. Now my arm have big muscles with flabby arm. lol
