Sculpt a strong and sexy back with just a mat and resistance bands. Get rid of that bra bulge and tone up your back with these super effective moves goaltoastie: I'm not someguitarphreak but I can give you my experience! I'm 5'7, 118 lbs, 17. I take very very tiny water breaks in between! I try to do them all while my heart rate is up otherwise the workout isn't as effective, or so I've been told (correct me if I'm wrong. Ultimately, it's up to YOU. If you wanna do 2 in the morning the rest in the afternoon, if thats how your schedule works, go ahead! You will eventually build up that strength to push forward. :)

yay new workout! i love your workouts, they're so challenging but i can see the effects quickly, plus the music makes it fun! i'm a cheerleader and after your workouts i noticed ive grown stronger and better at cheer practice.
btw, where can i find a good inexpensive resistance band?

Could you do more resistance band workouts, Cassey? Pleeeeaase! I love to workout using resistance bands but it's the only workout of yours with resistance bands: . BTW I do all your workouts, Cassey! Your pilates workouts are my favourite! (hug)

bluenorwegian great idea. just go to a website that will tell u how many calories you burn while doing pilates. type in your weight, height, and age. in general that will be decently accurate.

Does anyone have any recommendations for resistance bands to purchase? BTW I didn't have any when I did this workout, so I switched between 3 and 5 pounds weights and still got a good workout!

Just completed my #MarchMadness workout of the day! :)
As a reference for the rest of you popsters: I'm 5'7, 140 lbs and my HRM says I burned 444 calories today.

This works just as well with hand weights if you don't have a resistance band! Kinda dying after using my 1. 5kgs though. probably means I need to do these more often!

if anyone else working out indoors has the stretchy loop type resistance bands, i looped mine over a long door handle, since I don't have any poles handy lol
