Time for round 2 of Bikini Bodies. Arms and abs this time. Cassey Ho is a fun Pilates Instructor who loves mixing up her moves to upbeat pop music betthisnottaken: I may be able to explain that. I myself have quite a few back problems (from scoliosis) and my physiotherapist told me that it's a bad idea to push yourself with really strenuous exercise if you have a weakness there. You're probably better off doing larger amounts of less stressful exercises - like going on your knees instead of on your toes, etc. If in pain you just need to rest your muscles for a while before you exercise again, otherwise you're just going to do more damage - hope this helps!

how is it a bad thing to draw a younger crowd? she's influencing young people to get healthy & fit which is really important considering how there are a LOT of young people going the pro-ana/mia route. so to me that's pretty amazing. and i'm turning 20 in a few months and i LOVE her personality more in the newer vids than the older ones.
it makes me feel like i'm working out with a really motivating friend. but thats just me.

You should know that you won't wake up one day and be SUPER muscular. You are gradually going to build your muscles and if you don't keep increasing the intensity, you will at one point just work out the muscles to keep looking the way they do. So if you are going for a more lean/skinny body, eat clean and do cardio, while also working out your muscles.

It depends on how much you build them. If you build them, they can actually lift your boobs and make them look bigger c: muscles don't make your boobs smaller, losing weight does because it reduces the over all fat on your body. But honestly, if you get fit, you'll have such a nice body, it won't matter if your boobs are small: )

Icanhavethemall YES! Sweating is sooo healthy and good for your body! You're getting rid of toxins and waste through sweat but you have to make sure you keep very hydrated to replenish the water loss. In terms of burning fat, yes it is more effective but I don't exactly know why. But great job, keep up the sweating! Haha: )

I have been working out for about 3 years but I have never really focused on my arms (even though they are my weakest part of my body) but now I am so happy I found this video! I feel the shake soo bad in my arms, but I already feel an improvement, and I have probably done this video about 8 times. Thanks so much! :)

is this workout similiar to the upper body workout?
I'm from germany and the upper body workout isn't available here because of the music used in it: /
Did this one instead of the upper body workout as it is written in the beginners calendar, struggled a bit with this one though
