dagadancee Thanks! I've been doing Pilates for about 7. 5 years now, teaching for 4. I do a mix of kickboxing, bodypump, pilates, and jogging here and there. I love group exercise classes - keeps it fun! Oh yeah, and filming Pop Pilates. The best workout I get sometimes is filming Pop Pilates like 4x in a row because I realize there is something wrong with the previous recording. every. single. time. Those days I just wanna die. Haha.

I've really enjoyed this one. One of my friends got me into you by pinteresting the site and I was blown away. I'm a teenager really self conscious and these make me feel so good. The next day when I'm sore, all I'm thinking is, Wow. I'm actually getting somewhere instead of being a couch potato. Thank you so much for these. :D

The participants LOVE it. Provided you're also including the principles of Pilates.

why is there always some weight loss ad right before this? and it is always Sensa. why would you sprinkle some magic fairy dust stuff on your food? healthy food (usually) tastes way more satisfying and delicious than french fries, ribs, and bread sticks ever will.

oh man, had to do todays workout and yesterdays due to running errands all day and then having to do homework until late in the night. But I can double today and am back on track. HIIT tomorrow though, oh gosh that's gonna be fun. lol; B

O M G I just did this and I barley got threw the whole sets ahhh! I thought ten minutes can't be hard right? A few minutes in I'm sweating lol I can't wait untill I can do the entire video with all the sets! Ur AWESOME!

mIsSsaLysSa Do as many as you can until you feel like you are not performing the moves properly. It will be different for everyone! For starters, try 2-3 vids a day or every other day. Pair it up w cardio.
