Can you do more similar to these except shorter? LOL I can do the thirty minutes but mentally I won-t start a video if it-s longer than 10 minutes, I usually pick 2-3 10 mins videos of yours and do it that way. I just feel more accomplished and my motivation/drive to keep going is increased after I know I at least completed one video!

-Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change --bestgym. equipment-- the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though. -

I absolutely loved this workout! I appreciated knowing what muscles were being targeted during each move. It was the perfect pace for me as someone trying to get back into working out (with a few added breaks. I would love to see more of these!

This was hardest workout to date for me. I know I must build muscle to grow and improve, but I find it soooo hard. But I did it. not perfectly and with 7lb weights (a couple of times down to 3lbs) but I did it. so here's to getting strong!

I don't know how I missed this workout, but I thoroughly enjoyed it this evening. I'll definitely do it again soon since I've started focusing on adding more strength training to my routine.
