This low impact 1 Mile Walk is perfect to do after dinner or at night when you are preparing for a great night sleep. Getting your body moving at night will help you sleep better, burn fat in your sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and motivated. To end this workout, I take you through a 10 minute stretch with affirmations that will have you drifting off into a relaxed state

I have started to workout to your videos and they are amazing. I am a first-time mom and I gained over 60 pounds throughout my pregnancy and have been stuck at the same weight of 220 since I had my daughter, she will be one in March. I've never been this heavy. Your workouts have been so perfect for me and my schedule as a full-time mom and college student. I'm always so worried about my weight and my body that sometimes I forget to live in the moment and be thankful for the moment.
This workout was one I've been wanting to do and I think this was God's way of letting me know that I need to ground myself before continuing my weight loss journey. You beautifully said everything I needed to hear that it brought me to tears. Thank you and keep doing what you do.

I have a hard time being consistent with working out. I know I can lose the weight because I-ve done it before it-s keeping the weight off that-s the problem for me. Any advice or tips to help with consistency and staying motivated to work out?
Also I really enjoyed this workout and the affirmations at the end while stretching were great. -

Hi jo fist i need to thank for all advice &workout. I start from few weeks your workout. But i start sport befor one year it not to much reult i ate health food. I sleep 8hour i decrease my stress. But still now my belly is not lose. I don't know what i can do. can You help me

Does anyone know how many calories it burns (just wondering? But in any case, the training is just super, I have never played sports and most often I could not finish any workout that I found on YouTube, but I did this one to the end! Thank you very much, you are great!

This is great for my active rest day! I usually do 5 of your 50-60 minute workouts a week and 20-30 minute workouts the other 2 days and I love this one. I get bloated so easily and my bowel system causes me to not use the restroom often so this is perfect.

I did several of our videos but this one is my favourite. Thank you very much. It helped me relax after a long day. I will write down your positive affirmations and read them before going to sleep. They are beautiful and very calming. Thank you Jo! :)

This is my 2nd workout today and I loved it! The affirmations made me feel so calm and grateful for my day and life. Also, I had a mastectomy in the summer so the arm exercises were great for me too. Thank you!
