i can not believe i made it to the end of the video! i have been doing your workouts for 3 weeks and everytime only got to 25 mins, because of feeling sick. but now i made it! This was my second workout today! i am so proud of myself! This was so much fun! For someone with bad knees, asthma and IBS this was amazing! I am so full of energy!

I-m starting this for Tuesday workout which is abs and cardio! Yesterday I done legs and glutes, today is abs and cardio tomorrow is rest, Thursday is arms, Friday is abs and back and Saturday is legs again then obviously I leave Sunday for a rest day! Almost finished the warm up and now I-m commuting myself to completing this!

I committed myself to doing another trainers workouts for 6 weeks. Staying consistent and lost no weight or inches. Today I decided to do this one with Jo! OMG! I completed it about 7: 30 am and it's now 3: 00 pm and OMG! My waist is feeling it! I have committed to do Grow With Jo for the next 6 weeks and see what happens!

Omg just finished this workout this am finished at 4: 24am its a killer but these abs have to go thanks jo love your vids and to all my girls we got this we are strong and nothing is imposible---going to do this every other day lets get it

Did this workout this morning! I almost gave up- but I didn-t, this workouts not only show that I don-t have to be fully coordinated lol but I can also substitute and keep moving! Thank you Jo! And I got on the scale I-m down 8lbs in 3 weeks!

Have been looking for a 40mins workout on abs and wt all the sweating and actions, not too fast not too slow jst ok for me so I search no more thank you Jo! Definitely doing this through out March n April. day one dusted!

First workout with you this morning! Did it with my 2 girls (ages 9 and 11) we definitely worked up a sweat - we've made a plan to do it every weekday morning at 5am. Thank again

Literally 15 mins left I-ve got through 30 mins and I-m really pushing myself. Not feeling it on my abs that much but that-s ok since this is more of a cardio focused day! X
