Buff Dudes,
just thought I would recommend. with it being memorial day weekend a workout that is fun to do is -The Murph-. in honor of Lt. Murphy, a Navy Seal. it is a crossfit wod, which I am not a crossfitter, but it is a fun workout to do not to mention taxing to mix it up. You may have heard of it but it is as follows;
for time
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile.
I like to break it down to 10 SETS of 10 pull ups
20 push ups and
30 squats.
TRY IT and let us know.

these are so good. so from what I saw you have done chest, back and now legs. only thing left is abs and shoulders I think
also do more bodyweight workouts of the body parts u have already covered but a totally different exercise set to increase our arsenal of exercises
p. s. u didn't do any direct calf work. I defiantly would have added some balet style calf raises off the edge of something like a step

Any ideas on how to target the outer quads? I know that stance and foot placement during squats can hit different parts of the quads, and while I seem to be able to use those techniques to get my -tear drop- muscles responding strongly, the outsides of my legs never get that good next day/2nd day soreness.

I'm 16 years old and I heard popping sounds from my knees while doing jumping squat and while doing he lateral squats I also felt a little pain in my right knee. I heard it pop a few days ago and felt some pain u have any idea why it happened?

Can somebody help with figuring out how to count last superset? It says 3 Sets with 15 Reps, but do I do 15 Reps per side? So 15 Lateral squats on the left and 15 on the right, same for the jumping split squads, would that be one set?

Just completed this workout and I have been completely out of breath since the first superset and I am now drenched in sweat. Thank you guys for the awesome content. Will be doing this again in a couple of days. Stay buff! >: )

This one kicked my ass yesterday, legs feeling like jelly. Now it's summer I'm going to be using these bodyweight routines as I can't seem to eat as much as I could before due to the heat - thanks a lot for posting them, guys.

Hi BDs! Would you recommend a good shoe for lifting as well as doing plyometrics? I was lifting barefoot however I think I may need better support. TIA!
