There are some pretty gym stories from the Predator production. Such as Arnold struggling to find a workout partner among the staff after a few said yes to him. Apparently working out with Arnold was worse than boot camp.

Several days ago I tried the 3 day split from his Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. It took me a goddamn week to recover enough that I felt comfortable with working out again!
