2: 00 It's not just age, I'm surprised how many of us love picking up and putting down heavy stuff but putting back a dumbbell, plate or even barbell? Ooof asking a lot, walk an extra 20 steps to adhere to corona regulations? Nope, nope, nope, I'm out.

-BuffDudes do you have a battle ready workout or one that would fit that category? Could you do an endurance strength and toughness kind of workout series? Just an idea for a series.

why don't you try to extend the legs straight and lift the feet above the ground when you are doing 'med ball pylo sit ups'? that is even more brutal: D

Amazing work. Respectfully decline on those high pulls. Looks way too much like upright rows that would agitate the crap outta my shoulders.

I call them upright rows,
Jeff's high pulls are really different, I do the and they're awesome

You guys should do some exercises that are good for combat athletes during the offseason (boxers, mma, bjj, wrestlers, etc)
