Upper body mobility band workout - buff dudes mobility band workout plan s2d2 - Buff Dudes Jerry: Would this drive you crazy? I don't have a home gym. That's no excuse. I do, however; have an office chair (it's quite nice, a tilty, spinny, cushy piece will a well-earned butt groove) I spend a lot of time in. There are some anchor points around my corner and the chair itself. Much of my work wastes my time because I am actually waiting for the computer to do its work or a printer task to finish. So, any ideas for using bands for those of us in unstable seats? I getting really tired of feeling my ass grow and my brain shrink.

Great workout! I already follow similar workout plan. Will add some of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on website called Dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

So uh. I been watching buff dudes for a few days, now. and I'm a little overweight like 50-60 pounds overweight. I'm always tired, and out of breath. I don't know what to do. Do the buff dudes have advice for someone who doesn't want to be this fat and tired guy anymore?

i'm amazed you can do that without handshoes,
I just started trying it and even with the almost lowest bands it hurts my hands and I dont have the grip in the hands to keep it continuously.
had to take some folded clothes to continue

I really need to get a lighter band because some of these are impossible with the only one that I have, which is in the mid-high range of resistance. Love these videos because bands are really good, especially if you travel!

As a lifter I never used bands until lockdown and trust me, don-t underestimate the power of the elastic - I hope adding these on top with the weights I have at home can help me get back to my 235lb dl -

Thank you Buff dudes I am getting my son into working out since he just turned 14 and I think the bands will be a good way to get him eased into making this a routine for us. You guys rock

6: 05 Same here with forgetting to breathe and or not breathing efficiently and during workouts, I need to go watch a tutorial or something on this, it would be really beneficial.

Yes love these work outs. Been sticking to them religiously with the Mobility Band Workout PDF.
Would highly recommend as it's changed me both physically and mentally.

Can anybody tell me what they tie the band's to on exercises that call for it? I don't have sturdy gym equipment at home to tie it to so I'm curious.
