-_Bought these for my daughter who does gymnastics and they work really well for what we use them for. We use them for exercise and she also uses them to help her hold her legs while pulling them up behind her head. They have held up really well and I love the fact that it has several different bands with different resistance on _--_bestgym. equipment_--_ each. When one gets easy to use we move on to the next one! _-

It-s nice to have a bar to attach the bands to especially for exercises like deadlift and chest press so you don-t put so much pressure on your wrists and you can handle more resistance. I can-t begin a deadlift with the orange band unless I hook it onto a bar.

Love the show and big fan. But I went to your mobility band pdf link but its a spam/scam link. It tries to install browser plugins. I'm sure its an oversight. I'd love to check out what your pdf has to say without installing some weird browser plugin.

Other than being convient to use no way are they designed for mass. Need proof? Just look at Arnold's size building routine or Franco or ferignos routines or any current champ No bands involved

I-m currently on the mobility bands plan with my mother to help her lose weight and she loves it and lost 12 pounds in two weeks we on last week of 1. 5 beginners
