12 Minute Dynamic Warm Up Routine To properly warm up for your workout you need to do more than just walk or jog on a treadmill for five minutes. Warming up isn-t just about getting the blood flowing. It is also about creating mobility and making sure the proper muscles are ready to do work. A great warm up includes foam rolling, dynamic stretching and locomotion to make sure that you are loose and mobile in the muscles and joints that you are going to use for your workout that day. Here is a great 12 minute dynamic warm up routine for you entire body

Thanks for this great video-- I've just enrolled in a taekwondo class a few months ago and just started to reach my goals to be fit and healthier. It's still a long journey. I can tell most of these routines are basicly almost the same of what my masters had taught in the class for warming up--. This video really helps me a lot because I tend to forget some of the moves whenever I wanted to do some exercises at home -- It is a motivation for me too to be fit, healthy and looks stunning like you-. Thank you once again-

Thanks Cori. Nice warmup. You're a lot like me. Quite self deprecating. I guess a lot of us are like that. You call yourself a -spaz-, and lambast yourself for not holding balance poses perfectly. I get it. Both of us should strive to be a little kinder to ourselves. It's hard as nails to do so oftentimes, but it's fair. You do really good work with your videos. And we all appreciate it tons. Grateful high five.

Thank you for your videos once more. I find it a great resource as you really present the exercises as being attainable and provide just the right level of attention to detail not cause the viewers to feel overwhelmed. I could say more but the best feedback you can get is for folks like me to put into practice what you present. Cheers Lionel

I've been doing this as a warm up to start my day and loosen my back since quarantine. If I don't do it, i really feel it throughout the day. Thank you so much for making this video.

What do you think of physiotherapist's advice that bending over and rotating the spine is really risky for the spine due to the load-bearing on the spine?

One more to add - standing feet planted firm arms up swaying like a tree side to side to wake up side trunk muscles - no breath holding allowed.
