Tue- Leg day/abs
Wed- Football
Thu- Upper/abs
Fri- Football
Sat- Most of the time Game day, if not then I lightly train legs along with abs
Sun- sometimes break, but mostly Upper/light abs
Then when there-s no football season, I change to a PPL routine

Couldn't you post this video a month before, i had plastic surgery on my nose because it wasn't -perfect-according to social media -perfect people- and i regret it because i feel like i took away a part of myself that made me ME, and now I can't have it back
