Day 1: Workout wasn't hard but definitely worked my muscles enough, my muscles are a little bit sore, but not that much might have to add weights soon.
Day 2: I had to postpone my workout by one day because I was traveling by car and had no time nor a place to do the workout but I did the workout today but it was kind of hard because my muscles were still sore.
Day 3: Had to skip the training today because my muscles were too sore to do anything, I will update this next time I workout. finally did the workout and it's still kind of hard but I feel a little improvement.
I'll update this next time I do the workout which will be on August 27th.
