5 common quarantine habits that are making you gain fat - Fraser Wilson Matt: Given that this is a highly stressful time and a once in 100 year event I think we need to be easy on ourselves. People are going to go to food for comfort and let's not judge them for that. We will get out of this soon and we can go back to normal and resume our exercise a diets. My motivation factor for exercise has gone way done and I just do the minimum I can handle. And that's okay because that's better than nothing

hey fraser can you do a video on how to get rid of man boobs and get rid of underarm fat plz (ps: i started doing your workouts 2 months ago and i went from fat to now needing to get rid of 2 centimetres of my waist which will make me flat)

Important points:
1. Sleep
2. Avoid sodas, coffee
3. Control your snack intake.
4. Keep cardio at a limit.
5. Don't eat cause of Boredom.
6. Replace snack w/a healthy snack.

My brother just left for boot camp. I miss doing your workout videos with him. Both of you pushed me to keep going. I-m back after a 3 week break. I just miss those days.

Do you use a scale that measures metrics other than just weight? /body fat and muscle ect, I understand most if not all are not accurate
