I wonder if you would recommend any exercise for carpal tunnel - my middle and ring finger get numb a lot while relaxed but also during extreme stretches movements. Thank you: )

When looking at dynamic stretching then activation, Are these mobility movements part of the dynamic stretching or more of the activation? Or neither? I am learning a tremendous amount from you, thank you!

Should have included how many sets/reps for each exercise. Also would have helped if you had been explaining how to do each exercise as you were doing it. Otherwise a very informative video!

Hello from Greece. Really helpful. Could you please tell me if i should do this routine the day of workout as warm up? After the work out? The resting days? How many times per week?

Lately I noticed I'd have elbow pain on both arms but my left shoulder felt much worse. Hopefully this could help correct or relieve some issues
