A Day In The Life - Lower Body Day! I do a lot of variations videos on youtube and I get asked all the time how to use those exercises to put together a workout. I absolutely love that you talk fast, you say what needs to be said, show the movements, but you don't try to make each session a lecture. People really do want to know what to do and with proper form, not prolonged time spent on -why- in our fast paced, not a lot of time culture! Kudos to great exercise sessions with less words! GREAT JOB!

The Lunge Matrix is just pure evil -.
Just a question:
During the forward lounge, I think I use too much -momentum-
to get back up. (with or without weights makes no difference.
Is that a thing and if so, do you have any tips?

i tried this workout several times. And today is the first time I actually finished it! All exercises done, 3 sets, 8-12 reps. So proud. Thank you for this challenging workout.
