As much as I love these exercises- I think it-s very difficult for a heavier person like me to do it without risking some form of injury. And yea I-ve tried it. Lol and got an injury- not from this video but from similar exercises. Can you please do a video on the FORM required for ALL these moves and possibly with an -alternative exercise for beginners- because this video - is so for people are a bit more agile unlike me lol

Impressive, Definitely for a very fit and younger people who have understanding of what they are doing, also very fast presentation without explanation and safety tips, often the exercise is shown only on one side so one cannot follow video, kind of hard to memorize all these. the instructor is very knowledgeable, the format is not user friendly

Love these videos, and information. I would totally be into following a long if you did some online classes. Your videos are pretty much set up where you watch them and do it later if you remember what exactly it was. Still great info, but I tend to go with videos that I can see and practice at the same time.

I love her content BUT folks it is not about the excercisd it is about ehat kind of training you do for weight loss(timing with brakes and duration and intervals) and obviously how you eat. With these excercises you can bulk, lose weight, stay at the same weight. Get it?

Hey, thank you for all your videos. Can you please do a video on how to create a workout plan? I do strength training most of the time and cardio but I don't see much change and I feel like I'm not challenging myself.

I wonder if anyone makes up their own workouts (with sets and intervals and everything) out of the exercises from Cori's videos, and if so, then would they mind sharing. :)
