Riesah: Hi, thank you for the clarity of this video with your instruction & variations. It was suggested that I do this side plank in place of leg raises which irritate a hiatal hernia. If you've other suggestions, I'd be most grateful.

I love your videos! When I do some of your variations at the gym I always get compliments from other people (like all the sled variations, etc. Great stuff!

Thank you. I never knew we could reposition our hand according to shoulder mobility. Also flexing the feet. Never heard that cue before.

Are you packing your shoulders with your lats? I've had some issues with side planks and shoulder injury so trying to find correct form - thanks

Loving this Master series - thanks for making it available. I like to do a crunch in the side plank with the lower leg knee to the elbow.
