Looks great but physiotherapists, doctors and sports trainers don't recommend kettle bells for training. They can do some real long term damage to joints and short term damage to muscles.

Did 4 rounds of the first workout. It was a challenge and easy on my joints, which is good for 43 year old body. Movements also shocked my nervous system to a higher level of training.

As a NASM CPT working at a box gym, I'm always looking for fun and interesting ways to activate more muscles while keeping the clients interested. Thanks for this great and fun video!

I love this girl! I used to be just a classic (4 moves) kettlebell lifter but this gives me so many ideas what to do additionally with kettlebells! Thank you!

Given how small the kettlebells I can lift are, I goggle every time I see you swinging those tea-for-twenty kettles around.
