Stuffing with fat % - have a good base of muscle - kept on thinking I need to lose weight but after reading a little think I am missing on how to grow muscle not to get big but burn the fat. Cut calories thinking I needed to shred as was building up legs too much but now I have lost some of the muscle but have flab - yikes - need some hints or ideas - workout 5-6 times a week and a mix of two a days - 3 mile run am or pm and mom- fri gym: back, chest, legs, booty, arms
Swim twice a week 20- 30 minute ocean and cycle an hour 3 times a week.
Most of yoga/Pilates/abs/foam roller when I wake up and before bed.
Yet still flab and not truly defined. Hate snacking so strictly 3 meals and one snack after the gym protein shake.
My meals do range in splurge and healthy but stay in the 150-300 range

This will be my today's routine. Thank you for your work, I am getting better by following your tips. I had to stop exercising because of my arthritis, but I am decidedly returning back to exercising, I want to be in my best shape at 56 and pretty soon 57

Great workout, thank you -- on the rocking one, where we squat with one leg back, the front foot, i have not been able to get to point straight because of childhood injuries, is there negatives to doing that move with the foot slightly turned in?
