5 Minute Workout #56 - ABS! Zuzka Light Kay: Happy New Year Zuzka! My fitness goals for the year are to 1) Pistol squats-building up more strength and endurance. ( I can only do 2-3 at a time without sacrificing proper form and would like to maintain that throughout that type of exercise 2) Abs. Stronger, leaner, and flat. I can do all of your workouts no problem but the diet is something Im still struggling with. I would do well in 2 months and then Id be back in square one! Im a surfer so its crucial that we have a strong core to pull of our maneuvers and have good balance. Another thing Zuzka, what do you do when you get sick? Do you take a couple days off and do light workouts? Also, what is it that you eat while under the weather? I think it makes for a great coffee talk since this time of year is the onset of flu season. Thanks for everything as always! xoxo Kay Be.

Just saying. I love flying burpees. I ended up loving doing burpees, kettlebell workouts, scorpion burpees/pushups (i think It's called, and dive bombers through my fitness journey with you. I remember first doing these workouts and SUCKING and hating them so much. Now, I'm like YES! I love doing flying burpees. (However, I won't like there are some moves that I still don't always like doing, like pistol squats or shrimp squats lol) So, thank you Zuzuka for making fitness fun, especially for those who've stuck it out long enough to go from hating them to loving them.

I am very grateful to have seen this video, on a random chance, I've been breaking up my cardio exercises on my mini trampoline into 5 minute sessions, as I was really surprised how much you can work out in 5 minutes, whether thats interval training or just regular cardio, so finding your 5 minute abs video is just perfect. I recently got a kettlebell so I'll be watching your kettle bell video next, thanks for the inspiration, knowledge, cheerful informative work outs, I hope 2016 is a very lucky year for you

I also want to be able to do over 5 pull ups and chin ups!
if you have any good tips please share: D
i also want to be able to run over 2 miles without discomfort ( its possible)
and overall maintain a fitness level!
i consider these more or less long term goals not resolutions: :D

You probably have one of the best abs out there on youtube. Love all of these ab exercises. I need to incorporate bird dog and knee hugs into my routine: -) Happy New Year!

Hey Zuzka! I was wondering how you practice your pull ups? Do you do a pull up everyday or do you incorporate them into your workouts? Id love to do 10 pull ups in a row!

Hi Zuzka! I'm curious to know. what kind of mic pack do you use to film your videos? I've been looking for one that is sturdy and able to withstand a tough workout!

one of the best workout s for the core i have ever seen. coming from a rugby background. i can see the enormous benefits of this particular workout. thankyou
