Thank you for all you do with these terrific moves, I really needed it! Oh and loving the two pups, the apartment I am temporarily renting does not allow dogs. I miss having a dog, and love how you include the dog(s) after each workout, they bring up my day!

I love all your videos. I live in a 3rd world country. Haven't been able to find quality treatment in this country. Would it somehow be possible to do some online sessions with you with some of your exercises?

Today was my workout day. I did downward dogs. I always do glute bridges. I added 10lb kettle bells to my glute bridges and my peak a boos. Great upload. Thanks

Not all of us WFH, some of us actually have to go to work. I think my coworkers would judge me for doing downward dog in our small office.

Love it. Short and sweet. Planning to do it during breaks as I wfh. Any suggestion what to use as sliders on a carpeted floor or yoga mat?

Thanks, but this is too advanced, can you post one for beginners who can't do push up, or don't know who to fix pelvic tilt?
