HI. Thanks for another great video with good explanation. I do like that you give alternatives for someone who finds the exercises awkward or difficult. I had an operation on my left shoulder in Feb 2019 for frozen shoulder (I'm 63 years old. So it's nearly two years ago. The surgeon did state that my recovery would be 18 months to two years. I find the only issue I have now is that left side still quite stiff when exercising my arms at chest level. Do you have any extra tips I could use to help gain more mobility and strength there please?

This is good. I just did that whole sequence. Not really winded, but close. And then, I was like wait a second, they always have the dog. And I just saw the floor and then it panned over to the poodle. ---

I have done the exercises from 5. 30 onwards and my knees felt so much better when I was squatting with rotations (your exercise from another video) today and felt so much better thank you

All your videos I've watched are very intelligently put together especially with the less challenging variations. I find them very helpful in keeping myself flexible and fit. Thank you.

Wonderful! I love you!
Could you, please, demonstrate something for the cervical area? Those muscles are extremely painful for me. Thank you so much!
Congratulations for your work!

This is a life (knee) saver. Im a big guy (300+) and started doing more calisthenics and one leg exercises which hurt.
This definitely made me feel better!

Also along with these movements you should also be taking supplements to support joints and pain. Collegen, vitemen E, magnesium, calcium and glucosimine

I was looking for ways to deal with help and strengthen my knees in hopes of decreasing pain. Thank you so much for sharing this, I appreciate it.

Great focus on the knees. After a run I had tight, sore knees and this session really helped. Will be returning to this again, thanks so much.
