I enjoy watching your very informative videos and had a question about something that happened when I was doing a yoga move and I ended up pulling a muscle or something in my inner groin area and immediately I felt like I could not walk when I left the class. Four months later I still notice that my inner thigh looks bigger than the other side. Do you have any suggestions as to what I need to do (I am not having any more pain) that would improve this. Also, I do have a rotated hip on this same side so I don't know if this contributed to the injury. The yoga move was laying down on the floor on your stomach and then taking your leg and bringing it back over the back to the other side. I wish I had never done this! Thanks.

I'm always learning new things from your video. I like that a lot. That lying QL stretch looks like it could help me a lot. And I didn't want to leave a comment without mentioning the adorableness that is the new doggy you have. But Kiwi is adorable too. So I don't have a favorite I'm just pointing out that they're both cuties.

This is truly incredible and helpful. Due to weight training at home, soreness is a major issue. These stretches are perfect for a short stretch routine --

Would be good to see you getting into the lying QL stretch and then switch sides. For the uninitiated seeing this already in position doesn't help.

I do a lot of burpees so my shoulders and lower back are usually effected the most. So, I will definitely try these stretches.
