Hello My Dear Friend. I have just found you. Until the virus and quarantine I have enjoyed a personal trainer three times a week. Now a year later I find you. Your workouts are similar but I am badly out of shape now. You will be instrumental in changing that and I thank you. I do have a problem with wrist that are not strong enough to do weight baring exercises. Can you please tell me how to strengthen them. Thank you so so much for your videos.

I like your plank variations - but something I think I would find helpful during your workout videos
1. a transition period- letting us get into position for the next exercise
2. during transition time a preview of the exercise before the timer starts.
otherwise i love the professionalism and camera angle showing us proper form.

could you do a video on tendon strength and not s=using weights(or only using dumbells and body weight and overcoming isometrics, like could you give a specific workout cuz there a serious paucity on developing tendons and bones in comparison to muscless)

Recovering from an injury and was becoming dangerously bored with therapy's exercises, knew you'd have something that was challenging, but could be modified.

I-m going to have to get out the headphones for this one. the beep on your timer gave the dog a panic attack. Sounds like a smoke detector, I think
