In case this is useful to anyone reading comments, in regards to loose skin after weight loss, I would always urge people to do their own research and of course there is no silver bullet approach that works for every body, but I can share my own experience. I have had multiple pregnancies and have gained and lost quite a lot of weight as a consequence and I have had a lot of loose skin as a result. I utilize topical treatments that help the skin regenerate some of that bounce but obviously that only does so much. What has helped a lot has been regular intermittent fasting for the past two years. There is research indicating that regular long term fasting will actually cause your body to break down and use unnecessary proteins for energy and as a part of the detoxification and general -cleaning up- of you body that accompanies fasting. I-m not a scientist nor a medical doctor and research is ongoing and somewhat inconclusive about much to do with fasting, however in my own experience, there has indeed been substantial improvement in the tone of my skin. The lower abdomen is often the place where loose skin is the most prevalent and aside from surgery, cannot be fully eliminated, but mine continues to improve with time. If loose skin from weight loss is a real concern for you I would suggest investigating wether or not intermittent fasting would be a viable option for you. Of course, it is important to remind everyone that their own health is unique to them and should always consult with a medical practitioner before undertaking a food regimen such as IF.

You seem to have a knack for this. You should really consider making videos more often. Shorter ones more about a single part of weight loss. That way you it will give you something to upload often. Even new recipes you tried and loved. A step by step especially in the beginning that you remember that worked for you. Cause honestly I want to go in your brain right now so I could figure it all out. But I know there would be a lot to learn so hun put it on here and save me the trip lol. I know I sound so creepy lol you are amazing its just hard when cause of health issues and pain makes it difficult to lose weight. But on my personal upside I do enjoy working out when I have been able to. I find it relaxing and it wakes me up. Its my me time. I have kids so yeah working out love it they can't come with me lol. Honestly I always enjoyed it even when I was young. I'm just trying to find a way back in that doesn't make my pain worse. Workout pain I can take. My regular pains are the problem. Put them together I might be in trouble so its scary but I want to look into calisthenics. That one I had not looked into before. But one thing I would love to see was your recipes cause I personally love to cook I hate eating take out. I hate all the salt that they use on everything I find it disgusting. I don't mind it every once in a while but I rather cook. Plus your plates look so vibrant it was weird that I don't like many veggies & i wanted to steal your plate lol. Blessings hun

I-ve been through so many diets, lifestyle changes, different forms of exercise, etc. I feel like I-ve tried absolutely everything. I-ve lost ten pounds but have been at a plateau for months now. I decided to get a personal trainer, I-ve been working out 5 days a week, I have a meal plan and it-s been a full month. I have not lost anything still but I do feel more toned. It is disheartening when people around me ask why I-m still doing this when I -look the same- it really gets frustrating when u give something your all and get disappointed. I-ve been feeling like quitting but after watching your videos I know not to give up and that I-m not the only one facing these -weight loss- problems. Thank you so much and I totally relate to everything you-ve mentioned regarding mindset.

I feel like people who ask about strech marks and loose skin are just looking for excuses. Do you actually think you look better being fat than being fit and healthy with some strech marks and a bit of loose skin? It's ridiculous.
I have started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago (hopefully for the last time) and for sure being fat isn't better than having some loose skin. Btw. when you're fat you probably already have lots of strech marks so what's the big deal?
I hope in a few months I'll be able to tell that I'm no longer fat. It's super cool to see your transformation. I'd love to do calisthenics, I hope I can get into that when I get rid of most of that unnecessary fat.

Hi I'm so glad I stumbled across this, I just devoured a bowl of junk after feeling sad and low haven't exercised for a week because I had a poorly little guy to look after. Now feeling so guilty. My target was to lose 20kg from sept, Ive ao far lost 5kg in 3 months I just banned the junk and started moving more. But been searching for the type of exercise I would like to get in to, Ive tried all sorts and not found it yet, so body weight training seems interesting because I genuinely have sleepless nights about going to the gym! Keep posting because I like how straight to the point you are and you are very relatable! Well done!

Sorry my English isn-t the best but one tip from my own experience for the ppl dieting don-t tell yourself that you-re dieting and don-t set a time like dieting for a week just eat healthy and try to decrease the amount of food you eat normally, try to exchange them into ones that include less calories for example eat black full grain bread instead of toast or use olive oil for frying and instead of chocolate or for a snack eat fruits you will get used to it just don-t tell yourself that you-re on a diet cause if you-ve dieted for a time your body will feel like starving and you-ll gain the calories back by time

I saw your transformation video before and I have a couple questions if you have time to answer here or next video. On your About Me you mention you're a qualified PT. What are your PT qualifications and how did you become a PT? Have you only done online coaching? Becoming a PT is my goal so this info would be helpful to me. Also you didn't mention in your videos that you used to train weights frequently (you mentioned in an old IG post. Do you still train weights and if not, why did you stop?

Lucy thank God I somehow bumped into one of your videos about your weight loss journey. You sound so genuine and so relatable. I have always felt that I'm overweight and helpless in front of food. I enjoy exercise but struggle to keep motivated. I have tried your full body callisthenics beginners workout and thoroughly enjoyed it! I'm looking forward to staying motivated and achieving the bodyweight I've always dreamed of! Big thank you -
