Hey Guys, I have been asked a lot to film the type of workout I did when I lost weight, so here it is. This is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that I have designed which is really similar to the type I did when I lost 30kg. You don't need any equipment and hardly any space either. These workouts are fast paced and very challenging especially if you are new to exercising, however, give it your best and your will notice if you keep trying your body will adapt quickly! The first time you try this you may feel a little left behind as there is little to no rest in between exercises, but when you repeat it you will know what to expect and it will become much easier! When I started trying this type of training I couldn't even make it through the warm up but after aa while I noticed a huge difference in my fitness and the way my body moved. Before taking part in an exercise program make sure that you are fit and healthy and take precautions to minimise injury. If you have any concerns you should consult your doctor before beginning. Most importantly have fun!

i tried this work out a month ago. I didn-t even make it trough the warm up and I gave it up quickly. it was always annoying me, that I didn-t pull through it. So I did it today. And now I am sitting here, typing this, being completely done and in sweat. But I feel amazing. Because I did it. I pulled through it. Maybe not through every single exercise and sometimes I maybe didn-t give my best, but I did it. And that is all that matters. Even if I can not think straight. Because I am that exhausted. But my mind tells me I wanna do it again. That must mean something. And maybe one day I will pull through it completely.

Thank you Lucy for uploading this! I-d love it if you made more. I feel motivated doing your workouts as you-re quite relatable and -normal-: I could be at a similar level of fitness in a year or so if I put my mind to it. There-s so much fitness content out there but it-s useful for me to have one or two people I follow. You also introduced me to calisthenics and I-m now really motivated to work towards some moves myself. If anything, it-s just really cool to be able to do a handstand/pull up/single leg squat etc! Thank you x

it is definatly a firey Workout and an inspiration for my next exercises, but not my favorite form of HIIT.
The time in the first two rounds to rearange your body for the next thing was just not there so the 30 seconds work couldn't be fully used
The time for the stretches at the end were way to short for intensly used muscles.
But sport is and will always be a thing of changing opinions and there is not ONE way
So thank you for inspiration and a lot of sweat; )

I didn't make it to the first rest because I need many rests in between and stopped because I was already getting super rough breathing and heart pounding like it was going to explode. It has been 10 min since I stopped and my heart rate is still over 120 bpm. I will try finish it even by just doing half of the time of each exercise. I hope I get used to this intensity soon. I really need it because I miss being able to run.

Little recommendation: as someone who normally does a lot of stretching, you should make the stretches a little longer. I recommend between 20 and 30 seconds. Because sometimes I felt like it-s been not even 10 seconds and my hip just started to feel the stretching. It feels kinda rushed. For me it is easy to stretch after the video and to hold the stretches longer, but for someone who is a beginner, it is definitely harder.

Thank you! This is exactly what was looking for. You inspired me with your nutritional information video to continue to lose weight and now you give me exactly what I need! Hope to see more of these! The timing is good for people like me with no self control, keeps me motivated, I always need to have all isntructions. I appreciate the timer, the low impact options and the nice music! Explanations of exercises are great too!

Hi! Amazing video, and thank you for making it, but would it be possible to have it a little less rushed? Everything is so fast one after the other, and by the time i understand how to properly do an excercise, we're already starting a new one. So, it would be cool to just have 5 sec in between each excercise where you explain it quickly and then 30 sec of really doing it? Just suggestion of course: )

Hi Lucy! Could you please please please do more of these hiit workouts? I like to combine your calisthenics workout with this hiit workout sometimes and I have redone it so many times already that I would love more of such workouts from you. Thank you so much! Your videos are truly inspirational (you got this girl working for aesthetics at the gym shift completely to strength building at home and parks.

Love this video so much! Been doing it 4 times a week for 2 weeks now, and i'm really seeing results, and improvement in my strength! The first day I did this I had to take so many breaks in between, and the jump squats were killers, but now I can almost get through the whole video without taking small breather breaks in between! Thank you Lucy!

Ooof this one was intense! A real challenge - can't wait to try it again and again and witnessing the progress.
Love the audio voice-over, keeps me motivated and in check about my posture, but it would be even better if you could give us a heads-up about what is coming up, so we can do the full time. Thanks for all your work, Lucy! :)
