Hello, I-ve been watching your videos and you mentioned you don-t track calories, but then you said you should be in your deficit to lose. I hate tracking my food, but it seems that-s the only way to know where your at calorie wise. If your not counting or tracking how do you know if your eating too little or too much?

Oooohhh, it must have seemed like a long 6 months -- very frustrating for you! So glad you're on the mend. Your place looks amazing with all the fairy lights and candles. And that's such a pretty duvet set -- am I allowed to ask where you got it from! What a great idea for learning the piano! X

Great to see you feeling better. - Beautiful lights. yes, this year we need more lights to pick us up during the cold months. Good job. and good luck with the lessons. I bought a keyboard years ago and learnt a few songs myself. Lol. Have fun with it.
