Can you please make a workout video to get slim lean toned legs but NOT BULKY (with dumbbells )?
For (30mins at least.
For whole legs: ( inner and outer thighs, hamstrings, quads, calves, hips, butt.
Fat burning + slimming + toning + cellulite reduction in the same time!
I really need to focus on my legs.
You will save my life.

Not my fave music but I was knocked out by how smooth and aesthetically pleasing your movements with the dumbell were. Explosive endurance (and making it look good) is in the outer limits of fitness. You make it look fun. Boring, effective movements made entertainment. You're the Ann Miller of technique videos!

Hi. U are amazig. You have a lot of strength. I would like to know how many repeticiones I should made and if it's good one hour of your routine. The warm up would be nice u could make it. a complete routine I mean would be nice to get from u.

An exercise suggestion for this category is is the single arm shoulder press in the boat position. I've found it to be effective and challenging. Otherwise, I love your workouts.

And another one for ( back, upper and lower belly, waist, sides, obliques, core, abs ) fat burning + flatting + toning in the same time.
