Hi! Love the exercises but I always wonder do you do one round or more of these 16 exercises? I noticed there is about 15-20 seconds between exercises. Not sure what the routine should be

Great! Now all l have to do is to get myself to the stage where I'll be able to do just even one repetition of any of those lol
