I'm traveling this week so I decided to share the workouts I'm going to do in my hotel room. There are all bodyweight hybrid cardio moves you can do anywhere! -Workout #1: 50 Hybrid Burpee Burnout- Complete 10 reps of each of the Burpee variations below. Try to finish as fast as possible. Record your time to beat next time. CIRCUIT: 10 reps Row Push Up Burpee 10 reps Skier Hop Burpee 10 reps Plyo Jack Burpee 10 reps Donkey Kick Burpee 10 reps Squat Burpee -Workout # 2: The 30/15 Hybrid Cardio Blast- Complete 4-6 rounds of the circuit below. Work for 30 seconds on one move, rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Do not rest extra between rounds, although beginners may want to take an extra 30 seconds. CIRCUIT: 30 seconds Double Squat Double Lunge 15 seconds Rest 30 seconds Lateral Crawl Spiderman 15 seconds Rest 30 seconds Split Squat Pulse Jump 15 seconds Rest 30 seconds Plank Jack Punch 15 seconds Rest 30 seconds Banana Split 15 seconds Rest -Workout #3: The 300 Rep Challenge- Complete 5 rounds of the 6 moves below. Rest as little as possible and try to finish all 300 reps in as little time as you can! CIRCUIT: 10 reps Calf Raise Adductor Squat Jump 10 reps Leg Kick T Push Up 10 reps Inchworm Tuck Jump 10 reps Lateral Squat Jump To Lunge 10 reps Rocker Burpees 10 reps Tabletop Dip Toe Touch

Note to self: You need really strong deltoids and triceps to execute these workouts properly.
My shoulders feel torn and its just day 2. A shoulder warm up is mandatory if you must do this routine correctly.
My form tends to dip after 8 reps so maybe I'll stick to that first.
