One of my favorite core combos is to superset face-up ab exercises with bridge exercises. Alternately working extension and flexion of hips and core allows each side to rest but you can keep moving from exercise to exercise without breaks. You might provide your viewers with a -hips and core- workout. Love your presentation style. Enjoyably straightforward.

I'm 63 yrs old, and follow your workouts religiously. You helped me to finally do my first actual push up last night (just modified with my legs splayed) and I did 2 this morning. Unfortunately, I cracked a rib a couple of weeks ago. so I'm jonesin to get back to my ab routines. Thank you for the always helpful tips and inspiration!
