Hey Lucy, just wondered, from some of your other videos you said when you were losing weight, you didn't count calories, how did you know you were staying in a deficit? I only ask coz counting calories makes me crazy but I want to be in a deficit, thank you xx

Thanks so much! These are all so delicious looking. The only thing I'd ask for is a rough idea of calories per meal. I'm useless at counting calories but trying to keep to a rough figure of 1600-1800/day atm.
