I really enjoy your easy going and happy apperance when you make video's. Even though i do crossfit and not calisthenics I still use your videos to progress. And as per you request, can you do a video covering handstand walks progression, i mysel struggle greatly with keeping balance. Thanks in advance and ill see you in your next video.

I want to do all those cool calisthenics moves but I don-t where to begin in the gym. I-ve lifted weights for a long time but have no idea how to go about calisthenics there-s no real progression guide of basic to advanced movements

Thank you for this. I-ve started doing the low bench tricep dips. At first I could barely manage 3, one month in and I can now do 2 sets of 10. Looking to raise my feet up next. Excellent video.

Dear Lucy, what is the brand name of your parallel bars. They look very sturdy. I weigh 120 lbs at 5ft 2 inches.

Great video! One thing that really helped me was static hold on the paralletes. I practiced holding for time after a set of push ups.
