Our Favorite Gym Gear: 5 Best Exercises to Perform using a Landmine Press: 1. Farmer Squats 2. T-Bar Rows 3. Kneeling Landmine Press 4. Shoulder Press 5. Landmine 180's Charlie: Cool exercises but I really don't see how the two handed press over your head would really work your chest more than the shoulders and the shoulder press with one arm to me is basically the same exact movement and they both look like shoulder exercises primarily to me and not really chest.

Started doing farmer squats yesterday Ive been doing squats with a weight vest previous to that exercise for about 2 years and it's safe to say that the farmer squats felt waaay better it helped keep my form cleaner and I could feel much more of a stretch in around my hips and calves-

It's great these guys posted a vid on building a landmine attachment, but until you make your own cut an -X- into a tennis ball and slip over one end of your bar, stick that side in a corner, & get some.

Landmine 180s are my least favorite exercise but I have seen the greatest gains from. I made it a rule that I do them every time I use the landmine for other body parts which works out to 3 times a week.

Trying to figure out how to add landmine exercises into my routine. But, what does it add if you already have a bar and rack for doing the regular version of the exercises (Squats, bb row, etc?

ALWAYS grip overhead landmine presses with thumb under/around barbell. Your head ends up right under it every press and it-s pathway down leads right back to your head! Don-t die!

Would anyone advise me not to use a DIY landmine hack with attaching a tennis ball at one end? As opposed to buying an actual landmine equipment?

What is the blue base unit called that the barbell is held into? And can it be used in your home or does it have to be screwed into the floor?

Most versatile and underrated piece of equipment and not all the gyms have it. One great thing is the core activation in most exercices.

Even years later I still come to your videos for guidance. I-ve been a big fan for years and don-t ever see that changing
