Thank you for your video, and I'm going to make the ewal Paleo version for my kids tomorrow.
I'm only commenting, because you mentioned that this is Paleo, and although I do not want to make you feel bad, I need to let you know, that just eating any meat is nt Paleo. I'm a firm believer that not all diets work for everone. My body thrives on the true Paleo one.
Firstly, I just wanted to let you know that the pancake is Paleo, sans the Stevia. This banana pancake is already sweet, and it does not need any sweetening, and Stevia is not considered Paleo. The whole idea to be Paleo is to get the body used to not to crave sweets. If must, use something that is not processed, try 100% pure raw honey, preferably local, and the next best thing if must, a tiny bit of organic, maple syrup grade B - you'll want grade B, which is hard to find.
Secondly, being tue Paleo, one needs to avoid processed foods as much as possible, so turkey bacon is out. Even regular bacon is out, unless it's grassfed and uncured bacon. They're expensive, but following a true Paleo diet is very expensive indeed.
Thirdly the eggs should be pastured, and the coconut flour should be organic, using sea salt or Himalayan pink salt.
Again, thank you for the idea, and next time unless you're absolutly sure it's Paleo, don't mention it
Evertime someone uses Stevia, or agave as a sweetener, they're not true Paleo - Think unprocessed ALWAYS, fresh, organic, pastured (grassfed) no grains, no legumes, no dairy, and absolutly no sugars

Instead of using regular bacon and regular flour to make this she used turkey bacon, coconut flour, and bananas as the main ingredient. This is IMO a healthy and clean alternative. It's not necessary healthIER or CleanER but better than not substituting at all. Also, since she is a fitness guru don't you guys want to see her eating/making a VARIETY of food instead of just eating salads all the time? It's good to enjoy food once in a while and no food are bad food. It's not like she eats this everyday. No matter what she eats or make she'll get criticize either way cause she is a fitness profession. Everyone has a different view on what fitness professional or nutritionist should eat and automatically judge when they eat a bad food. Noone has a perfect diet and way of eating because we can't define what perfect is. Just a rant of the day.

Haters gonna hate I guess! I'm a vegetarian and I watched the video just because I love Cassey so much! And to see if I can vege-fy the recipe at all. Do you have any suggestions, Cassey?
And to everyone who's being so negative: Cassey works SO hard for every single one of us, and it's really disappointing when so many people are saying such negative things. News flash: there ARE people in the world that eat meat and are totally healthy for their entire lives! No one is forcing you to eat meat, and you shouldn't bring people down for their diets. Why comment for the sole purpose of making someone feel bad about themselves? That's just unnecessary. This recipe looks perfectly clean and healthy to me!

Haters everywhere, saying this recipe is not healthy and blalalalala. I think cassey already did her best to healtify food that usually high in calories. If you think it is not healthy because lack of vegetables or whatsoever, it is just a recipe that very mixeable. Add brocoli for example for more healthy option if you think it is not veggie enough. Use your own creativity rather than complaining. Can you just appreciate what she did and look on her effort with more positive mind?

What's with all these vegans trying to push their theories on Cassey! Mind your own business! :c I don't understand the point of clicking on a video like this and leaving comments like that. I don't limit my foods groups but I definitely wouldn't try to get a vegan to eat the way I do. I think this is a great recipe and I appreciate the hard work Cassey put into making it. Hi Cassey! I love working out to your vids! I even got my family doing it with me and my mom! All 6 of em that still live at home! We even eat the banana pancakes on a daily basis! The kids love em! I had a question! I have a very small waist but large hips and bum. How do I know if it's fat or just bone structure? I would really like to know! Thanks!

I changed the recipe a little bit and it turned out DELICIOUS:
I don't know where I can find coconut flour so I used 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and a teaspoon of shredded coconut instead. Also, I didn't do the whole bacon thing since I am a vegetarian, so they where just really yummy pancakes: )
I love you, Cassey!

Cassey has a point in this video that everyone is completely ignoring - this is a breakfast better than McDonalds. It's healthier and cheaper, no chemicals and no excessive costs. I'm vegan. I do not eat animals or their bi-products. Does that mean I'm going to condemn this meal? Hell no. Cassey has made an amazing effort

I don't know. we don't have turkey bacon here but it looks kinda uhm. not so good. And I also tried the banana recipe once and I couldn't cope with the taste and texture of the pancakes. So I'm going to stick with the normal bacon pancakes we have here.
