This was my first blogilates video! I've been doing your videos for two years now and one thing I am so grateful for is how you improved my relationship with food. Before I dreaded eating something that would make me fat. Now I look at food as a way to love my body and take care of it: )

My cat decided to sit at the end of my mat and eat my toes every time my foot came down and honestly it distracted me from the pain a bit
Also this is the first time I've made it through the whole video without a pause! I've tried to do this video at least 4 times and I'm so proud of myself

I'm restarting Beginner 2. 0 calendar in 2019! I've been following for years but 2 days ago I officially completed every day on the first Beginner calendar for the first time! Now for this one. I've started both before, but would give up after a week or two because I'm lazy. Haha.

Day 3 Maybe it went that bad bc it is in the morning and I did the last workout yesterday in the eventing or it is just me beeing as bad as I have never been. Well thats propably not true, but it felt like that.
Next tue the second workout for today!

I know this is an old video, but Im starting the Beginners 2. 0 calendar and GIRL I'm so out of shape. I hope by the time this is done I'll be able to properly lift myself from my yoga mat. I hope that I can become stronger and able to do a full sit up.

The burn is always real! When i first started this video, it was challenging to even follow through. Years later, i find it easier to do, with the same amount of burn! the burn is real, thank you Cassey! and yes, my neck died the whole time

hi Cassey - on the move where we have our leg at 90 degrees and we're keeping the other leg straight and moving towards the knee, I'm having trouble keeping my bent leg from moving. any suggestions on form? thanks!

Im dying, ahhhh Ive gotten so out of shape! I dont know how much my abs hurt today, 2nd day of the beginners calendar, but I could barely get off the mat because of how tired my body was, Im like a seal

Those leg raise crunch. My legs couldnt stand straight for long, and those v sir ups looked. More like a twisted L XD anyway day 2 complete, hard but you were motivating enough
