I know this video is 'old' but that motivational quote and then the conversation is what I needed at this moment. I didn't do as well as I wanted do last academic year and I feel I should be pass this point of my life. And I just seeing all my friends just getting through and i get sad but I am getting better now and that quote definitely helped. Thank you.

Hi Cassey! I love your workouts. I met with an accident 4 months and broke my bone near the knee. Can walk but can barely jump and can't run at all. But I really really want to continue exercising! Can you please suggest how to tone it down a bit? Like in the exercises where we have to jump, is there any substitute step? Please please please suggest

can u tell us how many calories we burn everyday with ur workouts? like in the playlist name you could also write thd calories plz so people who r tracking them know. thank u if u do that. i love watching ur videos and i just finished the workout with ramadan is kinda difficult but i am trying.

Hey Cassie, so I've been looking at other people doing burpees and instead of landing on their hands and feet in plank they sort of drop the lower half of their body flat on the mat, i've come across two people doing that. just to let you know. I see you killing us lololool

Also, anyone else have troubles breathing when doing hip twist after a cardio move? It always feels like my lungs cant expand properly because of the twisting.

Do you recommend us to do a warm-up video session before doing this? I do this like 2nd thing in the morning and my body just feels like not ready at all when I start doing this

I actually enjoyed this workout, even though I stopped a few times cause I was running out of breathe haha. But, I did manage to finish it. Sweat mania though.
