so, this is video 4 out of 5 on abs today (im super tired, and for anyone else struggling to do the crunch twist, I replaced it with candlestick dippers. I know its not the same move, but I wanted to work the obliques without forcing myself to do the crunch twist wrong. another alteration is the elbow plank hip touch, which can also be modified where the knees are on the ground. have a good workout!

In my several years of working out and doing pilates, I have never been able to do a double leg lift without my lower back popping every time my legs come back down. Does anyone have any tips to avoid that? My hands are in the right place in a triangle but I'm not sure how to get past it popping every time my legs come down

This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks. Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!

7 months ago I started working out, I hated the image I saw in the mirror I wanted to be happy and comfortable in my own skin, I'm happy now! please never give up on yourself even when you think you have no more energy or motivation! I've seen major improvements in my body and my mood

i have never been able to perform a situp in my life. is there a way to strengthen my muscles to lead up to it because i cannot lift myself off the ground at all on those twists and i was only able to perform half this video.

I am feeling so low that unable to do crunch twisters. started after along time. hope to get there soon. i modified it n done with sitting twisters. love Cassey so new moves. never did this b4! lov u for inspiration n motivation.

I haven't been working out for a while and this was really hard for me. It's just so frustrating because a few months ago this wasn't a problem and now all my strength is gone and I have to start all over again

Two years ago I couldn't do this workout. I was dropping everything after the first minute. Today, I finished the whole thing like nothing. This only means that I'm stronger and I feel so proud of myself

I was going to finish the august 29th workout but the Abs On Fire 1 did not work?
Can it be fixed? It said it was because of some trademark complaint. idk
I just re did this one instead

I couldnt do the crunch twist but I just did the wiggle, and bridge pulses instead. But I know Im getting stronger because 10 days ago I couldnt do the roll up and now I can actually do it!
