Guys this really works! i did it for a couple of months, no diet, i did it once everyday with no other workout and after i would eat some popcorn no butter with water if i was hungry, and after a couple of months my family was saying stuff like waw how come you lost so much weight. I am pretty sure if you do it the 4 times, and do her flat belly fat burner you will lose weight in like a matter of weeks. Also i recommend sucking in you belly whilst doing the workout, like doing a vacuum. And drink green tea or lemon water in the morning. These are things that i didnt do before but i am doing now, it will help to lose weight faster.

i did one round of the swimsuit slimdown full body workout and then a round of this, and the life was absolutely knocked out of me. then i got right back up (after like a 15 minute break lmao) and did another round of both. i feel strong. ive gotten back into working out for a month now, exactly. my progress is so evident. four weeks ago i could barely get through one round of this video, stopping many times. today i didn't stop once. i can feel myself getting stronger, little by little. and it is so incredibly gratifying.

So after the first round I had to crawl around to cool down because I didn't have enough left in me to walk around my living room lol. Then I decided to go a second round. Maybe I'll have enough fuel for more later. I love that this was so short that I can convince myself to do it again, and it didn't have any exercises that I hate, or repeats. (I did lift some weights before trying this out for cardio, so maybe that's part of how wiped out I was after; )

January 2019 this was the first workout I did in about a year. I couldn't even finish the first eight minutes. I got lightheaded and was afraid I was going to pass out. Today, I just did the workout again for the first time since then, and I finished the entire video all four times. Don't give up my friends

Doing this video today, February 7th 2021 (yes, it's the 7th and I'm doing the 8th on the calendar, that's because I don't do all the ab workouts because of diastasis recti) made me so nostalgic, because this video came out on the month I started the Blogilates' calendar back in 2015!

I found u yesterday and did this vid. Very very nice i must say. And today is day two. I would do this twice with some other lower body workouts. I need lean leg muscles. My upper body is fine.
