I'm 21 years old and I've been looking for ways to be taller since I was little. Height is a very important criterion for me as I model. Growing in my height almost stopped after I was 17 years old. I have tried many supplements and techniques, but I have not gotten good results from any of them. However, I have been using a supplement called SHIYDF for 4 months and I am now 5'7 ft. Im leaving this comment here to keep my self motivated and consistent with this. I will comeback in 6 months with better posture!
Edit: Didnt rly work out the way I wanted but Ill try staying consistent this time.

Dear Future Grass,
a darker purple. That's the color of my nails today. But I plan on changing it soon.
I've never worked out my back as much as I did in this video. My back is kind of happy for all the new attention it has reviewed but at the same time, my back is also pretty sore lol. That stretch at the end has never felt so good!

I love all the themes you have for your videos but I wish you didnt talk so much
. i like to get right to the fitness. I love your ideas you are much more creative then most but I dont like the style. I prefer madfit or fitness marshall. if you could have music and talk less I would really love your videos because your ideas are genius!

For those who have been wondering about this workout let me tell u my experience, so i have been doing this workout for 2 weeks and i already noticed a dramatics change in my back its so straight now and my height is also increased by 1 cm and my age is 17 and i already stopped growing but this make me grow again

Thank you so much for this informative video. I used to get shy when approaching girls because I was short. Five months down the road, 3 extra inches gained with (growth sinerama wmx extreme) height enhancer and I love my new found confidence! This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks. Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!

Great content blogilates. I spent quite a lot of money on many products. Growth Boom pro(maxplus kit) height system was the only product that worked for me. I am 23 years old and in 1. 5 years I have gained a total height of 5 inches. i would recommend everyone. i did not see any side effect

I'm 14 and 5'7 and I still wanna grow but I'm just doing this for a better posture bc I've had bad posture for years and I've never done anything or have exercised in any way so that's my goal hahaha. I'm trying to come back to this comment in a month or so and tell you if it worked: )
