I'm going to shape your arms sooooooo GOOD with this arm routine that uses NO WEIGHTS, NO DUMBBELLS, and NO PUSHUPS! Uhh yeah. It's possible. If you loved 6 min to Sexy Arms, you will LOVE this new updated at-home POP Pilates arm exercise routine. Have fun! The moves are: 1. Goal Post Puncher 2. Shoulder Pulses 3. Back Behinds 4. Triangle Pushes 5. Inverted Arm Circles 6. Prayer Pulse

i kind of fell into a rut for a bit of along time and used to do so many of these workout videos. i'm happy that i'm still able to do it now! will keep doing this workout until it's no longer beneficial and/or i need something harder
i did it again! it burns but it's definitely easier! i even held out a bit more at the end! thanks cassie: )

okay okay i did itttt! so much easier now. still burns but i don't even think of putting my arms down. looking forward to the days ahead
DID IT! IT WAS SO EASY LIKE, it still burnt BUT I EVEN HELD THE PRAYER PULSE FOR 20 EXTRA SECONDS! IT WAS EASY IM DYING OMFG I ACTUALLY MIGHT OUTGROW IT IM SO HAPPY i'm getting stronger and AAAHHHH OKAY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE DAYS AHEAD
AND AGAIN! I think i'm gonna retire this very soon and try to replace it with a harder one! held the end for 30 extra seconds! I CONQUERED ITTTT
did it once more, easy peasy nowwwwwww think i'm gonna stop interecting with this post but still use this video as a warmup. thank you so much

OMG, I'm actually getting better at this! The first time I had to stop at least every 30 seconds, and now, I only needed 3 breaks! I've had chicken arms my entire life! This feels like a victory! I'll get to the point of getting through this entire video without break, and then doing that for at least 10 times. I can do it! And I know you can too!
1 week later: I needed only 1 break near the end, getting so close!
4 days later: No rest, I did it! And now I'm going to continue until this gets easy!
1 week later: I can still get through it without rest, but my left arm finds this so much harder than my right XD
2 weeks later: coming back to this after my actual training started again, and well, I can still get through it! But it's still heavy XD I really do feel energized afterwards though, she's right.

casey, you literally saved me from my eating disorder. ive been following your workouts for 2 years now, for the wrong reason (vanity, but have been deeply listening to all your positive messages, and they just stuck with me! i have struggled with a distorted view as to why i should diet and workout ever since i was 10 (i lost 25lbs in two months, and for the next 5 years was stuck in a yoyo cycle. howeverrr, in the middle of this workout that i did just rn, i started smiling like an idiot because i realized that i love exercising for ME. for me to feel energized, healthy, and good. i am so shocked about my change in mindset. btwww PLEASE restock your water bottles bc i will definitely buy one!

So I have tournament at the end of the November and because of the pandemic my weight increases astronomically lol. So I lost my strength on my arms, like just flabby arms fat no muscle at all. And because I have a short amount of time to 'transform' myself before the tournament, so I did this workout beginning of Nov until now (9nov. I can see a big difference when I started this workout. My biceps become more prominent even tho the triceps are still shy showing herself out but I can wait. And I only did this workout tho to focus more on my arms so yeah I'll update later when my arms become smaller and muscley lol

day 1: 6 breaks
day 2: 2 breaks
i plan on doing this for a week total and moving on to a harder workout, but this is a gem, I really didn't expect me to get stronger over night (since Im not doing any other workout, only doing some stretches to make my collarbone visible)
hopefully soon these workouts will be too easy for me that I gotta buy weights
and at the end of the week I wanna see if Im able to do a pushup.
day 3: 1 break
day 4: no breaks: D
day 5: no breaks
day 6: no breaks

Hey bodybuilder here, this workout does nothing other than make you feel like you're doing something. You cannot build muscle doing this, and it is impossible to target fat loss through exercise. My advise follow a structured balanced diet, and a weight training ruitine with both free weights and machines. The fact that you searched this shows you care and are interested in fitness, this just isn't the place to look.

Okay listen here this kinda workout aint doing nothing, this ABSOLUTELY not building muscle and there no such thing as targeting for burning fat, you want your hand to look good? Go do cardio dont do this misleading stuff
And there ZERO chance that girl do this workout daily nonono weekly
