oh my god. i was already dead after the first 3 cardio videos and my abs just gave in during extreme abs workout 2 and now i see this. i cried actual tears in the last video not because it hurt but my abs just didnt listen to me anymore, all that i could feel was my lower back and my neck which is never the case for me during core days. i had to stop multiple times to correct my form and i just felt so frustrated and disappointed. and now i see another ab workout lmao. i feel defeated today and that's okay. i feel like a blob if that makes sense: D can't tense any of my muscles anymore

Hi Cassey, my girlfriend asked me to help her get in better shape so I am incorporating your Extreme Abs workouts in our regimen (they are perfect for me as well, due to some nasty back issues.
Just wanted to let you know that, if she doesn't quit me before from how hard I'm having her working out, she'll probably get fit enough to kick my ss out of revenge so. thank you, I guess?

This video is the reason i got abs 2 years ago. Since then i always did like a 30 day or 50 day ab challenge from time to time doing this video every day.
My abs have only left me like once since 2017 and during my challenges they alwasy return!
Finished my 50 day ab challenge like 11 days ago and I'm already kn day 2 of my new 30 day ab challenge

Since this video came out a few years ago it has been my go to ab workout for when Im going on vacations! I know when I do this Im going to see results of a flat tummy. Currently redoing it again, started a couple of days ago and Im already seeing results. The key is to eat healthy and know your limits with your body. This video really works!

I am a guy and I like harcore workouts. I done some other ab workouts, but I still thing extreme abs series is the toughest. I have not found a follow along routine harder than these. Even her new videos are not as extreme. I done some others from her workouts but not as hard. Anyways, love the extreme abs. Extreme abs 4 please: )

1. Spiderman plank crunches (30 /60 each side) (2min)
2. Alternating V-sit-up 60(4min) each leg
3a. Slow Bicycle crunches 60(4min) rep count on same side crunch right left 1, right left 2
3b. Reverse crunches 60/120 (4min)
4. Oblique toe touch crunches (30/60right left then 30/60 Left right (4 min)

Cassey can you please make a video or post or something to help us keep our lower back pressed into the mat? I can't keep from getting a hollow under there and it makes these abs videos kill! Is it a bad posture thing? Is it a big booty thing? Maybe I just need to strengthen my core more?

This is crazy, but i guess I'm getting crazier day by day. Cheers to following her videos and cheers to always remembering her words that fitness is about making myself feels good and stronger! They really do help me in achieving my fitness goals.

Why did I think: 'Oh, this is gonna be easy after that 100AbChallenge'? I nearly died. Also, I've got a hollow back, so even with my hands underneath my tailbone, I can't always keep my lower back to the ground. Anyone got the same problem?

i LOVE this ab workout SO MUCH. the other ab workouts weren't cutting it anymore as i was building muscle, and this was 15 minutes of pure ab PAIN and i loved every second of it. gonna do this one until my abs give out
