+blogilates I just wanna say, these seriously are good you guys. honestly, I don't do a ton of raw cooking, so I roasted the nuts in the oven for a bit first, and added about a teaspoon of stevia, and they were amazing. I made the pb bars, and im so shocked rn. I put them in the fridge like she said for about a half an hour, and they turned out great. thanks cassie! even if you're a bit skep about stuff like this the way I am, take it from me. literally delicious.

Yay! Waaaaay cheaper alternative to quest bars! Thanks Cassie, so excited to have a meat alternative packed with protein. I am trying to cut back on meat. but honestly it's just so easy for me to cook and take meat on the go (it's the way I was raised. What food processor do you have/recommend I killed my last one making flourless muffins: (

did she get these recipes from pinterest lol i make similar ones using almond butter, almonds, raisins, dried cranberries and lil semi sweet chocolate chips. you have got to add chocolate chips omg it's so delicious. you can use any dried fruit and nut variations.

I really loved the peanut butter bar! But, if you don't have natural p. b. in your house, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter won't cut it in this recipe (it will be too crumbly) - you should try using 3-4 tbsp. if you have a smooth p. b. like Kraft or Skippy.

I've made the cashew ones twice now and they are soooooo good! I have tons of foods taken out of my diet right now and it's hard to find bars that I can actually eat, so I'm really happy to have these as a healthy little snack during the day!

I HIGHLY recommend trying at least 1 of these recipes. I tried the peanut one, except I didn't have peanuts - so I used a variety and they turned out great! Soooo tasty. I gave a bit to my sister though - and she hated it. She loves dates!

Ohhhh my gosh! I just made the peanut butter life bar and it tastes sooo Good! I was skeptical at first because I never had dates. I just that you were usually over optimistic self but you weren't lying! I'm so excited! I LOVE pb!

Thanks for this recipe. I made my own version with the nuts and dried fruits I had, pitted my own dates so it was cheeper, and used a combo of natural peanut buteer and dark chocolate almond butter. It is amazing!

My mom doesn't let me cook with peanuts or peanut butter because my brother is really elergic to peanuts. that peanut one looked sooooo good! i will have to make them at my aunt's house sometime.

your website is a very small font and I cant make it any bigger. Its really hard to navigate and find the stuff i want. It looks like it was meant for a mobile device. Can you please look into this?
